Hello everyone. My name is Alison Podmore. I come from Cardiff which is the Capital City of Wales in the U.K. I speak French, and a little German and Welsh.
For the last seven years I have lived in Wellington, New Zealand. I think it is very important to travel and broaden your knowledge of foreign countries and different cultures as it enriches your life and encourages tolerance and understanding.My working background includes retail, hair extensions, teaching business and being self employed for the greater part of my life.
My education consists of a OND in Business and Finance and a HND in Fashion and design. I am a monofibre technician and have worked for MTV as a stylist and on various pop music shoots. I am also a qualified tattooist although I no longer practice.
My hobbies are shopping, going to the gym, eating out, reading and I like to watch movies.I came to China to teach English to students and to learn Mandarin. I hope to stay here a while.
